Art Garratt Estimator

Arthur began working in the home building industry in 1993.  His first position in the business was as a Customer Service Representative for Shawntana Development out of Tustin, California.  Two years later he took his skills to Los Angeles where he worked for CALPAC Construction on multiple projects including multi-family housing and high-end customs in Bel Air and Brentwood.  In 1997, he took a position as a CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) Operator with Campbell Concrete in Riverside.  Within two years he moved into an Estimating/ Sales position and eventually became the Chief Estimator for the Riverside concrete division.  By the year 2004, he was the Estimating Manager for all Southern Ca. concrete operations for the Campbell Companies.  This included operations in San Diego, Low Desert and High Desert areas.  In the year 2005, the Campbell Companies were sold to Building Materials Holding Corporation (BMHC) who added them to their construction services division known as SelectBuild.  From 2005 through present he served as the Estimating and Sales Manager for all SelectBuild Southern Ca. concrete operations.  His experience includes work with single-family projects, multi-family projects, light commercial projects, onsite and offsite flatwork for tract and commercial projects, apartment projects and custom homes.
